Refund & Cancellation Policy

One plan, bought for a fixed period, paid once through Razorpay:

• Weekly pass — ₹999 for one week (7 days)
• Monthly pass — ₹2,499 for one month (30 days)

The pass starts when your payment succeeds and ends when its period is over. It does not renew. No mandate is created and no further charge is made unless you buy another pass.

There is nothing to cancel: a pass is a one-time purchase that ends on its own. When it ends, your account returns to the free account, which keeps the structural ATS check, the question generator, the salary calculators and the negotiation scripts.

Do one mock interview. If the report does not give you one thing to change before your next interview, write to us within three days and tell us what it missed. We refund in full.

• What it covers. The mock interview report — the scored report you receive after a mock interview on the pass. It does not cover the other tools on the pass.
• Three things, and nothing else. You have completed one mock interview on the pass. You write within three days of the payment. And you tell us what the report missed — what it should have given you to change before your next interview.
• How to claim. One email to support@clearround.ai from the address on your account. No form, no approval step.
• What you get back. The full amount of the pass, to the original payment method through Razorpay, within the time that payment method takes.

Outside the guarantee, a pass is not refunded for unused days. We will, however, refund a duplicate charge or a billing error on our side: write to us within 7 days of the charge with your account email and the transaction details.

The free account costs nothing and involves no charges or refunds.

If you hold one of the earlier auto-renewing weekly plans, it keeps running on the terms you accepted. Cancel it at any time from your account settings: no further charge is made after the current week, and you keep access until that week ends. The money-back guarantee above applies to it in the same way.

We may change prices prospectively. A change is announced and never affects a pass you have already paid for.
